Cda School District Gets Curriculum Grant
The Coeur d’Alene School District has received a $125,375 grant from the J.A. and Kathryn Albertson Foundation to revamp its curriculum.
The money will pay for curriculum revision workshops and will also fund stipends for about 50 teachers who will meet for several days this summer to study the district’s curriculum.
The teachers will compare Coeur d’Alene’s course work with state exiting standards and also to the priorities set at community forums held last year.
