If you’re interested in putting in a full day tuning up for Bloomsday, Saturday’s your day.

The Tax Relief Shuffle, a 10K Volkswalk through the Dishman Hills Natural Area, starts from 8 a.m.-noon. You need to finish by 3:30 p.m. Park at Savage House Pizza, 700 S. Dishman Rd. Cost is $2 for credit. Free walkers are welcome. The course is not suitable for strollers or wheelchairs. Info: Claudia Miner, 327-7672 (evenings) and Tracy Lockhart, 534-2181 (mornings).

At 2 p.m., the Inland Empire Hash House Harriers will have a non-competitive fun run open to the public. New members are always welcome. Meet at First Chance/Last Chance at the State Line.

At midnight between Saturday and Sunday is the 21st annual Only Fools Run at Midnight, a 3.5-mile run at Medical Lake High School. Late fees are $5 for no shirt, $15 for a T-shirt, $23 for a sweatshirt or $35 for both. Late registration begins at 10 p.m. Info: Medical Lake Parks Dept., 299-7781.
