Cda Schools Offer Free Immunization Clinic
The Coeur d’Alene School District will have a free, voluntary immunization clinic for elementary school students later this month.
All parents will get letters before the clinic telling them which immunizations their children lack under the American Academy of Pediatrics recommendations.
A registered nurse will be at each of the district’s nine elementary schools from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. April 29. Incoming kindergartners also can be immunized at that time.
The district will have a hepatitis B clinic in the fall.
Parents must be present, show the child’s immunization record and fill out a permission slip before shots can be given.
Call the district at 664-8241 for more information.
