School Board Races Largely Uncontested Election Will Be May 18

Friday’s filing deadline for Idaho school board candidates left many positions unchallenged. Trustees make up the governing bodies of school districts, taking recommendations from administrators to craft policies and make decisions about curriculum, hiring, school facilities and other district practices.

Elections will be held May 18. Here are the North Idaho candidates:

Coeur d’Alene

Zone 4: Edie Brooks (incumbent)

Post Falls
