Kootenai County sheriff

Brent Wilson, Puyallup, Wash., reported Wednesday the $529 theft by fraud when someone opened a telephone account in his name without his permission.

Gerald Martin, Hayden, reported Thursday $600 damage to three red fir trees when they were pruned without his permission on his property on the 8500 block of Canfield Lane.
