Greater Spokane League Scholar-Athlete awards will be presented today at the downtown Rotary Club noon luncheon in the DoubleTree Hotel. Each school honors a male and female athlete who are outstanding students and active in community activities. Honorees are:

Central Valley: Leslie Meredith and Kris White

Ferris: Elissa Ross and Nate Swinton

Gonzaga Prep: Jill Larson and Derek Pegg

Lewis and Clark: Jamie Rosenquist and Brendan Malone

Mead: Morgan Bennett and Jesse McCarty

Mt. Spokane: Nichelle Pomeroy and Josh Cowart

North Central: Kristin Walters and Nick Froscheiser

Rogers: Paula Zammit and Ross Rother

Shadle Park: Julie Sawatzky and Derek Bishop

University: Julie Schroeder and Jake Roberts
