Penguin Caffeinated Peppermints, created by a couple of pals in — where else? — Seattle, combine the Northwest’s venerable coffee craze with the more recent mint mania.

Three Penguins contain about 45 milligrams of caffeine, compared to 135 milligrams in a typical cup of coffee. Make my mints a double!
