If you have an interest in plants, you’re invited to join members of the Washington Native Plant Society for a short walk on Sherman Peak Saturday.

The hike is less than 2 miles round trip and climbs 500 feet on maintained trails. Walkers will visit and view sub-Alpine forest, rock lands, moss and a sphagnum bog.

Meet at the Kettle Crest Trail Head on Sherman Pass at 9 a.m.
