Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Sandra L. Dearien 41, Spokane, failure to appear/burglary, grand theft, petty theft, theft of rental property, $26,500 bond.

Alan T. Hanes 23, Spokane, burglary, $10,000 bond.

Travis E. Lewis 26, Spokane, trafficking methamphetamine heroin, delivery of marijuana, contempt and failure to appear/driving while suspended, $150,216 bond. two days in jail.

William L. O’Conner 27, Spokane, failure to appear/possession of LSD, no bond, 12 days in jail.

Kari L. Richardson 33, Spokane, nonsufficient funds checks (two counts), $1,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Matthew L. Bonney 23, Spokane, contempt and failure to appear/driving while suspended, $250 bond, two days in jail.

Louis A. Contos 30, Spokane, contempt/ possession of paraphernalia, $225 bond.

Robert A. Dire Jr. 33, Spokane, contempt and failure to appear/driving while suspended and driving under the influence, $1,178 bond.

Stephanie M. Fisk 18, Spokane, contempt/minor in possession of tobacco, $80 bond.

Robert A. Garner 18, Spokane, contempt/minor in possession of tobacco, $50 bond.

Rosalee M. Hamlin 20, Spokane, contempt/driving under the influence, possession of controlled substance, $574 bond.

Kevin M. Heaton 22, Spokane, contempt/driving while suspended, $288 bond.

April L. Howes 24, Spokane, contempt/inattentive driving, $150 bond.

Leonard C. Hritsco Jr. 30, Spokane, contempt/open container, $113 bond.

Jay D. Katzenbogan 26, Spokane, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $117 bond.

Walter B. Martin 26, Spokane, contempt/theft by receiving/possessing stolen goods, driving while suspended, resisting arrest, $162 bond.

Saysana Phetxoumphou 32, Spokane, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $173 bond.

Kenneth R. Pruett 63, Spokane, contempt/driving under the influence, $488 bond.
