David Manko Hayden Lake, Idaho
Service for David Allen Manko, 58, will be Monday at 1 p.m. at Yates Funeral Home, Hayden (Idaho) Chapel. A reception will follow at Yates Hayden Chapel Gathering Center.
Mr. Manko, who was born in Detroit, died Thursday.
He grew up and attended schools in New York, receiving a bachelor of arts degree from Alfred University. He also received a law degree from the University of North Carolina.
Mr. Manko lived in Jacksonville, N.C., for many years and worked as a special agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation from 1964 to 1979.
He moved to Coeur d’Alene in 1979 and began a law practice. He married Rita Moulton in 1985.
Mr. Manko settled in Hayden and specialized in bankruptcy law in Coeur d’Alene and Hayden and was extensively involved in grand national motorcycle dirt track racing.
He was a partner in Lopko Racing and sponsored several nationally ranked motorcycle riders.
Mr. Manko was a member of the American Motorcycle Association, American Bar Association, Idaho Bankruptcy Council, National Rifle Association and the Coeur d’Alene Rifle and Pistol Club.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Chris Manko of Rathdrum, Idaho; a daughter, Laurie Manko of Florida; a brother, Louis Manko of New York; and a sister, Lucille Beardsley of Maryland.

Zelma Foster Glendale, Ariz.
Service for Zelma Jane Foster, 83, will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Yates-Hodge Funeral Home in St. Maries. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in St. Maries.
Mrs. Foster, who was born in Missouri, died Monday.
She grew up in Missouri and married Willie Foster in 1931, and they moved to Emida, Idaho, near St. Maries, in 1955, before moving to Glendale in 1994.
Mrs. Foster was a homemaker and was active in community fund-raisers in Emida and was a member of the United Church of God.
Survivors include her husband; three sons, Roger Foster of Glendale, Ivan Foster of Emida and Darrell Foster of Oregon; three daughters, Edith Moore of Texas, Judith Moore of Nebraska and Sharon Hall of Veradale, Wash.; a brother, Everett Brown of Missouri; 16 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Chandler Crawford Hayden Lake, Idaho
Memorial service for Chandler E. Crawford, 33, will be Monday at 11 a.m. at English Funeral Chapel in Post Falls.
Mr. Crawford, who was born in Coeur d’Alene, died Wednesday.
He worked for the Idaho Fence and American Fence companies and opened his own business, Affordable Fence, last year.
Survivors include his wife, Tia; a son, Devon Crawford, at home; his parents, Carl and Robin Crawford of Hayden, and a sister, Keeler White, all of Hayden, Idaho; and his grandmothers, Bernice Washburn of Hayden and Lila Crawford.
Bernice `Bea’ Schoenick St. Maries
Memorial service for Bernice “Bea” Schoenick, 82, will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Yates-Hodge Funeral Home in St. Maries. Mrs. Schoenick, who was born in Shawano, Wis., died Wednesday.
She graduated from high school in Shawano in 1935 and married Raymond Schoenick in 1938.
Mrs. Schoenick lived in various towns in Wisconsin before moving to St. Maries in 1958 and owned the Broken B Ranch, where she raised cattle, horses and llamas.
She was a homemaker and a was member of the Community Presbyterian Church, St. Joe Boat Club and St. Maries Lady Elks. She was a past worthy matron for the Order of the Eastern Star’s Constellation Chapter No. 176.
Her husband died in 1995.
Survivors include a son, Fredric Schoenick of St. Maries; a daughter, Edith Ferguson of St. Maries; a sister, Laurel Rothwell of Wisconsin; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Donald Heath Sandpoint
Service for Donald Sheridan Heath, 84, will be today at 11 a.m. at Coffelts Funeral Service in Sandpoint. Burial will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Sandpoint.
Mr. Heath, who was born in North Dakota, died Wednesday.
He grew up in North Dakota and later moved to Noxon, Mont., where worked on the Noxon and Cabinet Gorge dams. He also was involved with the construction of dams in Bridgeport, Wash., and Wyoming.
Mr. Heath moved to Sandpoint in 1960 and worked as a mechanic before retiring in 1979.
His wife of 42 years, Arline, died in 1984.
Survivors include three daughters, Donna Olazabal of Sandpoint, Linda Schoen of Oregon and Sandra Benda of Post Falls; a brother, Lowell Heath of Minnesota; a close friend, Helen Kirschbaum of Sandpoint; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Doris Siegfried Pinehurst, Idaho
Service for Doris J. Siegfried, 75, will be Monday at 11 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Pinehurst. Burial will take place at Greenwood Cemetery in Kellogg.
Mrs. Siegfried, who was born in Spirit Lake, Idaho, died Thursday.
She lived in the Silver Valley most of her life and was a homemaker. She also taught accordion and chord organ music.
Mrs. Siegfried was a member of the Women’s Benefit Association, the Mormon Church and the Relief Society.
Her husband of 51 years, Donald, died in 1992.
Survivors include three sons, Ed Siegfried of Kingston, Idaho, Sam Siegfried of Winnemucca, Nev., and Don Siegfried of Osburn, Idaho; two sisters, Minnie Hamilton of Oregon and Mary Ellen Moran of Smelterville, Idaho; 14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
