Grape And Grain Tasting Gala Tonight

No, Grape and Grain doesn’t have anything to do with jelly on a slice of Wonderbread.

It’s the name of tonight’s beer and wine tasting, an annual gala put together by The Spokane Advertising Federation. For $25, you get a complimentary wine glass, appetizers and beverage samples from all six Spokane wineries, Kiona, Barnard Griffin, Bookwalter, Preston, Adelsheim from Oregon and Chateau Ste. Michelle. Micros will poured by T.W. Fisher’s from Coeur d’Alene, Fort Spokane, Northern Lights, Sweetwater Brewing, Bayou, Big Horn (from the Ram and C.I. Shenanigan’s), Hale’s and Widmer.

There will also be an auction and a wine store for guests to pick up bargains on their favorites from the tasting.

The event runs from 7 until 10 p.m. at An Affairs at the Falls, 510 N. Lincoln. Tickets will be available at the door, or buy ‘em today at Vino, 1319 W. First.
