Dear Heloise: My hint is for people who love Dear Heloise: When our grocery has a good buy on ground beef, I buy several pounds and add onions (chopped) and chopped celery and cook it all together in a skillet.

I drain and freeze in 2-cup freezer containers. I can make quick meals such as chili, spaghetti and many other dishes with rice and macaroni.
