Kenneth Flowerdew Hayden Lake, Idaho
Visitation for Kenneth Doyle Flowerdew, 65, will be todayfrom 5 to 8 p.m. at Yates Funeral Home, Hayden (Idaho) Chapel. Service will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Hayden Chapel with a reception to follow. Burial will be at Coeur d’Alene Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Flowerdew, who was born in Kansas, died Thursday.
He grew up and graduated from high school in Loveland, Colo.
He served with the Navy during the Korean and Vietnam wars, retiring after 20 years of service.
Mr. Flowerdew then moved to Twin Falls, Idaho and worked for the Idaho Department of Water Resources.
In 1974 he moved to Hayden Lake where he worked for Diamond International for more than 20 years.
Mr. Flowerdew was a member of the National Rifle Association and the Senior’s Coalition.
His first wife, Judy, died in 1994.
Survivors include his wife, Judy; a son, Kenneth Flowerdew of Hayden; two stepsons, Stephen Plew of Hayden and Leroy Plew of Chicago; a daughter, Cheryl Harville of Anchorage, Alaska; a stepdaughter, Chastity Watson of Hayden; a brother, Loren Flowerdew, and a sister, Velda Shankle, both of Colorado; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Floyd McCoy Kellogg
Service for Floyd M. McCoy, 73, will be at 2 p.m. today at the Christian Life Center in Kellogg. Shoshone funeral Service in Kellogg is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. McCoy, who was born in Kansas, died Thursday.
He moved to the Silver Valley in 1949 and worked as a miner and diesel mechanic for the Bunker Hill Mining Co. for 30 years, before retiring in 1980.
Mr. McCoy was a member of the Kellogg Veterans of Foreign Wars, Christian Life Center and the Bunker Hill 20-Year Club.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Nina; two sons, Wayne McCoy of Spokane and Jay McCoy of California; two daughters, Sue Taylor of Seattle and Juanita Bohannon of Nevada; a brother, Buck McCoy of Oklahoma; three sisters, Velma Ford, Thelma Shackley and Connie Rolinaitis, all of Oklahoma; seven grandchildren and four great-granddaughters.

Beryl Morris Bonners Ferry, Idaho
Graveside service for P. Beryl Morris, 80, was Saturday at Grandview Cemetery in Bonners Ferry.
Mr. Morris, who was born in Colorado, died Wednesday.
He grew up in Oklahoma until moving to Bonners Ferry, where he completed high school and then worked at Gig’s Texaco.
Mr. Morris then worked for the Boy Scouts of America and was assigned to Yakima. He then served with the Navy, assigned to an ammo depot in Nevada until 1946.
Mr. Morris returned to work for the Boy Scouts and served in Washington, Wisconsin, Oregon and then as a Chief Scout executive in Great Falls, Mont., for 20 years.
He had served as a camp director for the Boy Scouts in Oregon and at World Jamborees, retiring to Bonners Ferry in 1978.
He was preceded in death by his wife, June.
Survivors include a daughter, Dixie Ingebrigtson of Arizona; and a son, Philip Morris of California.
Sharon Stowe Spokane
Funeral Mass for Sharon M. Stowe, 63, is planned for 1 p.m. today at St. Joseph Care Center. Inurnment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. Ball and Dodd Funeral Home - South is in charge of arrangements.
Born in Missoula, Miss Stone, died Thursday.
She worked as a registered nurse at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center and St. Joseph Care Center in Spokane.
A 10-year Spokane resident, she was a member of St. Charles Catholic Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Dora Stowe of Spokane; a brother, James Stowe of Kennewick; and two sisters, Kathy Wolford of Tacoma and Barbara Stucky-Stowe of Switzerland.

Valentine Rieder Coeur d’Alene
Memorial Mass for Valentine A. Rieder, 95, will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at St. Pius Catholic Church in Coeur d’Alene. English Funeral Chapel in Coeur d’Alene is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Rieder, who was born in North Dakota, died Wednesday.
He moved to Chicago in 1922 and worked as carpenter’s apprentice and later became a grain buyer for a wholesale grain company.
Mr. Rieder moved to Coeur d’Alene in 1992 to be near family.
Two wives preceded him in death, Clara Sauer in 1982, and Clara Langdon in 1997.
Survivors include two daughters, Margaret Hedin of Coeur d’Alene and Erna Nesbitt of Oregon; a stepson, Jay Grantier of North Dakota; three grandchildren, eight stepgrandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and 10 stepgreat-grandchildren.
Mikia Tsudaka Spokane
Private service will be held for Mikia Tsudaka, 75. Hazen and Jaeger Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
A 50-year Spokane resident, Miss Tsudaka, died Wednesday. She was born in Bonners Ferry, Idaho.
She graduated from Bonners Ferry High School and Morse Beauty School in Spokane.
Miss Tsudaka worked as a beautician at the Davies Beauty Salon in the Ridpath Hotel and for Mademoiselle for more then 30 years. She is survived by a brother and five sisters.
Betty Paaske Coeur d’Alene
No service will be held for Betty Jean Paaske, 73. Coeur d’Alene Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Paaske, who was born in Oxnard, Calif., died Thursday.
She had lived in California and was a homemaker until moving to Coeur d’Alene two years ago to be near family.
Mrs. Paaske was active in several travel and dancing clubs.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Erwin.
Survivors include a daughter, Lynn Speidel of Coeur d’Alene; a son, Larry Paaske of California; and four grandchildren.
Mary Anderson Spokane
Funeral Mass for Mary V. Anderson, 87, was Saturday at St. Thomas More Catholic Church. Burial followed at Holy Cross Cemetery.
A 66-year Spokane resident, Mrs. Anderson, died Wednesday. She was born in Mrkopal, Yugoslavia.
She was a homemaker.
Her husbands, Eric Osterberg and Reuben Anderson, preceded her in death Survivors include her daughter, Rita Mark of Steubenville, Ohio; three sisters, Jane Charlton, Carol Wharton and Della Erzen; a brother, Joe Cuculich; seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
William Strange Spokane
Funeral service for William E. “Bill” Strange, 87, will be at 1 p.m. today at Ball and Dodd Funeral Home - North. Burial will follow at Fairmount Memorial Park.
A 35-year Spokane resident, Mr. Strange, died Wednesday. He was born in Murphy, N.C.
In 1945 her married Wilma, she died in 1992.
Mr. Strange worked as a brick layer. He worked for Jack Brasch for 10 years and retired in 1975.
Survivors include two sons, Bill and Glenn Strange, both of Spokane; three daughters, Rana Lopez, Kathy Thomas and Teresa Wright, all of Spokane; two stepsons, Donald Grey of Arkansas and James Grey of North Carolina; 19 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and great-great-great-grandchildren.
