Post Falls School Levy Election Today

Voters can go to the polls today to cast their ballots on a $1.4 million school levy.

If approved, the two-year supplemental levy would replace the Post Falls High School heating system and old school buses, and would pay for new textbooks and facility maintenance projects.

The levy requires a simple majority to pass and would increase the tax bill on a $100,000 home by $1.10 per month, according to the school district.

Polls will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at all Post Falls schools, except the middle school.
