Case-Milbrandt - Kelcey Milbrandt and David Case, both of Houston, plan to marry Sept. 11. Milbrandt is a former Spokane resident.

Railsback-Stenersen - Kristina Stenersen and Eric Railsback, both of Spokane, plan to marry Aug. 14.

O’Connell-Smith - Keyonyu Smith and J. Craig O’Connell, both of Denver, plan to marry Aug. 27.

Helfenstein-Veale - Debbie Veale and Mark Helfenstein, both of Otis Orchards, plan to marry July 4.

Lamarche-McCullough - Kathleen McCullough, Veradale, and Roland Lamarche, Spokane, plan to marry Aug. 1.
