Documents Available On ‘96 Chlorine Spill
Two draft documents relating to health effects from a huge chlorine spill near Alberton, Mont., are available to the public for review and comment.
The Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry is gauging the health effects of an April 1996 Montana Rail Link derailment that released a cloud of chlorine. One document is a draft public health needs assessment.
