Coeur d’Alene police

Pati Mabe, employee of Motel 6, reported Tuesday $500 stain damage to the carpet, walls and ceiling of a room at the business at 416 Appleway.

Joseph Burns reported Monday the $350 theft of a Motorola cell phone from his 1999 Ford pickup while it was parked at Burger King, 216 Appleway.

Rod Peightal, sales manager at Parker Toyota, reported Tuesday $8,500 damage to the exterior paint of 17 Model Year 2000 Toyota Tacoma pickups when they were scratched while parked at the business at 470 Kathleen Ave.

Kootenai County sheriff

David Held, owner of Held Equipment and Construction, reported Tuesday the $580 theft of various pipe wrenches and tools from Crown Pacific Mill, 200 Huetter Road.

David Hudson, Kettle Falls, Wash., reported Tuesday the $1,125 theft of an air compressor and miscellaneous tools from a trailer while it was parked on property on Sitka Road and state Highway 53.

Bonner County sheriff

Christopher Clawson, Sandpoint, reported Monday the theft of a vehicle from the 1400 block of N. Boyer Ave.

Interstate Asphalt, Sandpoint, reported Monday a theft from 1000 Baldy Mountain Road.

Robert Hovanski, Sandpoint, reported Monday the theft of four tires from a vehicle while it was parked at 915 Fifth Ave.
