Home Scones
It’s hard to say what the best part of Thanksgiving is: the pumpkin, or the cranberries.
You can have the best of both worlds for breakfast with the new pumpkin cranberry scone mix from Spokane’s Sticky Fingers Bakeries. Just add water, drop the dough by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and stick in the oven, and the English-style pastries are ready in less than 20 minutes.
But if you decide to toss in some turkey and stuffing, too, you’re on your own.
Price: $5-$6 for 15.5 ounces (makes 12 scones).
Available: In Spokane at the Copper Colander, Joel, Hallett’s Market and Snickerdoodles and in Green Bluff at Walter’s Fruit Ranch.
