Wedding vows were exchanged by Kathleen Ann MacNeill and George Sarrcia in an Aug. 21 ceremony at Gretna Green Chapel.

Charles and Patricia MacNeill, Spokane, are parents of the bride. Sarrcia is the son of Salvitore and Golovana Sarrcia, Franklin, Mass.

A reception followed at the wedding site. The Sarrcias are planning a delayed honeymoon to Italy in the fall of 2000.

The couple operate their own business in Eugene, the Sarrcia Construction Co.
