Mary Kasper Seattle

No services will be held for Mary Elizabeth Kasper, 84. Bleitz Funeral Home in Seattle is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Kasper, who was born in Wallace, died Thursday.

She taught kindergarten and also was a high school art teacher.

In 1940 she moved to Lind, Wash. In 1971 she moved to San Francisco and worked as a bookkeeper.

She recently had moved to Seattle.

Survivors include a son, William Kasper of Eugene, Ore.; two daughters, Karen Kasper of Seattle and Ann Kasper of New York City; a brother, Jim McHarness of Onalaska, Wash.; two sisters, Patricia Howes of Everett and Maxin Mrojik of Oakland, Calif.; and two grandsons.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Sisters of Holy Names Retirement Fund or to Sea Mar Convalescent Center, 1040 S. Henderson, Seattle, WA 98108.

Christopher Boschee Spokane

Funeral for Christopher T. “Chris” Boschee, 36, will be at 10:30 a.m. today at Northview Bible Church. Riplinger Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

A lifetime Spokane-area resident, Mr. Boschee died Wednesday.

He graduated from Deer Park High School.

Mr. Boschee worked as a customer service representative at Key Tronic for 11 years.

He was a member of the American Pool Players Association.

Survivors include his father and stepmother, Ben and Mary Boschee of Deer Park; and a half-brother, Kim Swan of Inchelium, Wash.

Linnie Madore Spokane

Memorial service for Linnie M. Madore, 80, will be at 10 a.m. today at the Roman Catholic Cathedral of Our Lady of Lourdes. Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

A 38-year Spokane resident, Mrs. Madore died Wednesday. She was born in Lincoln, Mass.

She worked as a secretary for the Spokane Diocese.

She was a member of Southside Senior Activity Center and the Cathedral of the Our Lady of Lourdes.

Survivors include three sons, Rich Madore of Spokane, Raymond Madore of Post Falls and Ted Bowker of Fort Fairfield, Mass.; two daughters, Roxanne McCormack of Spokane and Regina Stradling of Banks, Ore.; 30 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Poor Fund of the Cathedral of Our Lady of Lourdes.

Thelma Sjostrom Spokane

Funeral for Thelma M. Sjostrom, 66, will be at 10 a.m. today at St. Charles Roman Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. Hennessey-Smith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

A 48-year Spokane resident, Mrs. Sjostrom died Thursday. She was born in St. Ignatius, Mont.

She graduated from Kinman Business College in 1942 and served in the Marines from 1944 to 1946.

She later worked as a bookkeeper for Standard Oil.

Mrs. Sjostrom was a member of St. Charles Roman Catholic Church.

Survivors include her husband, Robert; three brothers, Jack Pinsoneault of Missoula, Dick Pinsoneault of St. Ignatius and Jim Pinsoneault; and two sisters, Jean Johnson of Spokane and Isabel Seery of St. Ignatius.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Spokane.
