Julie Prichett, 18, Post Falls; providing shelter to runaway children; five days in jail.

Karl Nagel, 25, Rathdrum; driving under the influence; $500 fine (suspended), 60 days in jail (35 days suspended), two years’ probation.

William McDaniel, 37, Post Falls; disturbing the peace; $150 fine, 180 days in jail (175 days suspended), two years’ probation, 40 hours on Kootenai County Work Program.
