Using bits and pieces of every space movie from “Deep Impact” to “The Right Stuff” to “Apollo 13,” director/star Clint Eastwood has created an enjoyable summer vehicle in “Space Cowboys” that benefits from its quartet of senior actors — Eastwood, Tommy Lee Jones, Donald Sutherland and James Garner.
