Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Jane M. Davis 31, Smelterville, possession of methamphetamine, $15,000 bond.

Lisa M. Gurley 37, Cocolalla, possession of methamphetamine, failure to appear/driving under the influence, invalid driver’s license, $12,000 bond.

Jeri E. McMahan 23, Newport, Wash., failure to appear/burglary, $5,000 bond.

Summer D. O’Connell 22, Post Falls, nonsufficient funds check fraud (two counts), $5,000 bond.

Suyon M. Smith 19, Post Falls, burglary, petty theft, five days in jail.

Misdemeanors

Marcy R. Boyce 35, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/battery, $5,000 bond.

Cathy D. Byrd 36, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/phone harassment, $1,000 bond.

Naomi E. Clark 24, Silverton, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $5,000 bond.

Judith A. Dugan 46, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended (two counts), nonsufficient funds checks, contempt/nonsufficient funds checks, $2,578 bond, 10 days in jail.

Kelley A. Giddings 25, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, $750 bond.

Amy Goins 40, Naples, failure to appear/ driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.

Lori A. King 24, Athol, failure to appear/ possession of marijuana, $5,000 bond.

Cindy A. Pearcy 28, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $1,000 bond.

Karen K. Peterson-Wold 32, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/domestic battery, $2,000 bond.

Theo M. Reade 32, Bayview, failure to appear/failure to report an accident, no driver’s license, one day in jail.

Jackie L. Smith 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/domestic battery, $2,000 bond.

Michelle E. Thome 29, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, one day in jail.

Annie R. Tracy 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence (two counts), nonsufficient funds checks, five days in jail.

Laura S. Zanolli 37, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/debtors exam hearing, nonsufficient funds checks (nine counts), failure to purchase driver’s license, $11,248 bond.
