Doris `Dot’ Crowley Hayden, Idaho
No service will be held for Doris C. “Dot” Crowley, 84, at her request. English Funeral Chapel in Coeur d’Alene is in charge of arrangements.
Born in Nampa, Idaho, Mrs. Crowley died Sunday.
She lived in Milton-Freewater, Ore., before settling in the Hayden area in 1949. Mrs. Crowley worked as a professional antique porcelain restorer.
Her husband George died in 1987.
Survivors include three daughters, Sharon Smith of Hayden, Timmie Coon of Mead and Kit Hoffer of Post Falls; three sisters, Helen Morris of Boise, Millie Johnson of Fort Collins, Colo., and Shirley Olsen of Newberg, Ore.; 10 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Wesley Bly Harrington, Wash.
Service for Wesley C. Bly, 78, will at 11 a.m. today at Harrington Community Church. Vault burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Harrington. Strate Funeral Home in Davenport, Wash., is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Bly, who was born in Spokane, died Monday.
He graduated in 1940 from Davenport High School and attended Washington State University until 1943.
Mr. Bly served in the Army Air Corps and was stationed in Amarillo, Texas, Fresno, Calif., and Spokane Army Air Field ,where he worked as an instrument specialist.
He returned to the family farm near Bluestem, Wash., after his military discharge, and in 1948 took over Wesdal Farms with his brother. They were Angus cattle producers and sold cattle in the Pacific Northwest for more than 20 years.
In 1958 he graduated from Rocky Mountain school of Auctioneering in Billings, Mont., and specialized in farm auctions.
Mr. Bly served as president of the Lincoln County Cattlemen’s Association from 1952 to 1953 and was named Washington State Cattleman of the Year in 1958. He also was Washington State Conservation Farmer of the Year in 1969, and was on the Sprague-Harrington Soil Conservation Board for several years.
Mr. Bly was a 25-year member of the Harrington Grange Supply Board, 10-year member of the Grange Cooperative Wholesale Board for Washington, Idaho and Oregon, 50-year member of the Harrington Grange, 50-year member of the Acacia Masonic Lodge in Davenport, a member of the Harrington Community Church and had served on the board of directors, the El Katif Shrine and the Scottish Rite in Spokane, and was a member and past president of the Harrington Lions Club. He also was on the Inland Empire Multiple Sclerosis Board and was once named Multiple Sclerosis Father of the Year. He was a past member of the Harrington School Board, past patron of Bright Hope Chapter and Order of Eastern Star, and was a past master of Bluestem Grange.
Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Verla; a daughter, Beverly Williams of Spokane; a son, Dennis Bly of Harrington; a brother, Dale Bly of Keller, Wash.; and five grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to multiple sclerosis research or to the Shriners Hospital for Children.
Harold Robb, M.D. Ocala, Fla.
No service will be held for psychiatrist Harold Robb, 76, at his request. National Cremation Society in Fruitland Park, Fla., is in charge of arrangements.
Dr. Robb, who was born in Aberdeen, Scotland, died Dec. 10. He had served in the British Royal Navy during World War II.
Dr. Robb served as superintendent of Eastern State Hospital in Medical Lake from 1979 to 1990. He retired after a 40-year career in psychiatry.
He moved to Florida in 1995.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Betty; two daughters, Carol Deese of Texas and Trish Robb of Michigan; two sons, Harry and Sandy Robb, both of Missouri; and six grandchildren.

Bertha Delozier Wallace
Memorial service for Bertha Edna Delozier, 70, will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Kellogg Funeral Chapel.
Mrs. Delozier, who was born in Cripple Creek, Colo., died Wednesday.
She lived in Twin Falls, Idaho, and moved to the Silver Valley in 1999. She was a homemaker.
In 1973 she married Floyd Delozier; he died in 1994.
Survivors include five children, Allen and Lee Dunnagan, both of Wallace, Willard Dunnagan of Sandpoint, Donna Berreth of Twin Falls, Idaho, and Jean Thompson of Oregon; 13 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Arthur Haggard Jr. Rathdrum, Idaho
Memorial service for Arthur Lee Haggard Jr., 67, was Wednesday at Yates Funeral Home in Coeur d’Alene.
Mr. Haggard, who was born in Tacoma, died Dec. 14.
He moved to Southern California as a child and later attended North Hollywood High School.
Mr. Haggard moved to the Spokane area in 1975.
He held several occupations including ambulance attendant, truck driver, security officer and mechanic.
Mr. Haggard enjoyed carpentry and construction and helped to build several houses and churches, including the Assembly of God Church in Deer Park.
He most recently had lived in Spirit Lake, Idaho, and Rathdrum, where he was an apartment manager with his wife of 10 years, Carol.
Mr. Haggard was a member of the American Legion Post in Post Falls.
He was preceded in death by his sons Douglas and Kristofer.
Survivors include his wife; six daughters, Ginny Bumgardner, Paulette West, Sherry, Joanna and Natasha Haggard, and Jessica McCubbin; seven sons, Rick and David Jacks, and Larry, Shawn, Allen, Darth and Arthur Lee Haggard III; a sister, Joann Overson; a brother, Steven Chatlos Arnold; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Donald `Don’ Porter Coeur d’Alene
Graveside service for Donald “Don” Lee Porter, 65, will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Riverview Cemetery in Coeur d’Alene. Yates Funeral Home in Coeur d’Alene is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Porter, who was born in Blissfield, Mich., died Thursday.
He moved to Coeur d’Alene in 1992.
Survivors include his wife, Gloria; a son, Scott Porter of Spirit Lake, Idaho; a daughter, Linda Davis of Post Falls; a sister, Betty Dale of Post Falls; and four grandchildren.

Geraldine Davis Spokane
Service for Geraldine Rose Davis, 63, will be at 2 p.m. today at Hennessey-Smith Funeral Home. Burial will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday at Greenwood Memorial Terrace.
Mrs. Davis, who was born in Rapid City, S.D., died Tuesday.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband of 27 years, Reginald Davis Sr.; seven sons, Robert Wood, Richard Woodcox, John Grantham, Leonard Grantham, Ken, Sydney and Reggie Davis Jr.; eight daughters, Mabel Grantham, Marlene Davis, Floretta Stryker, Lorretta Herrmann, Kathy Osberg, Judy Woodcox, Donna Wood and Vicki Badger; 36 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Jean Bistline Sandpoint
Memorial service for Jean Bistline, 75, will be held at a later date. Coffelt Funeral Service in Sandpoint is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Bistline, who was born in Greeley, Colo., died Wednesday.
She graduated from the University of Idaho in 1946 with a political science degree.
She married Steve Bistline in 1947. The couple lived in Bonners Ferry, Idaho, and moved to Sandpoint in 1950, where she worked in social services for the state of Idaho for many years.
She retired to pursue working on various adoption studies. Mrs. Bistline helped establish and served as the chairman of the Youth Accountability Board in Sandpoint, and was a member of the Delta Delta Delta sorority.
She enjoyed traveling, baseball, cribbage and needlework.
Survivors include four children, Diana Bistline of Clarkston, Wash., Claire and Patrick Bistline, both of Hope, Idaho, and Susan Bistline of Sandpoint; and three grandchildren.
Howard Root Spokane
Memorial service for Howard E. Root, 98, will be held this summer. The Neptune Society of Washington is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Root, who was born in Amboy, Minn., died Dec. 16. In 1905 he moved to Kettle Falls, Wash., with his family. Mr. Root married Louise Blauer in 1930 and they lived in Kettle Falls until 1945 when they moved to Omak, Wash.
He moved to Spokane in 1951 and was a laborer in the construction industry.
Survivors include his companion, Jan Bockmier; four sons, George and Delbert Root, both of Spokane, Edward Root of Okanogan, Wash., and John Root, of Bainbridge Island, Wash.; two daughters, Ruby Dykes of Spokane and Frances Jarrett of Seattle; his former wife, Louise Root; 14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
