Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Richard R. Bahr 36, Post Falls, burglary, failure to appear, nonsufficient funds checks, $10,500 bond.

Ronald W. Ferrell Jr. 41, Hayden, delivery of a controlled substance, no bond.

Richard W. Hunter Sr. 35, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, driving under the influence (two counts), driving while suspended (two counts), $10,588 bond, two days in jail.

Lori A. King 24, Athol, possession of methamphetamine, failure to appear/possession of marijuana, $15,000 bond.

Richard J. Lee 40, Spokane, grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Toby L. Anderson 45, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/eluding, $2,000 bond.

Amy L. Bossom 21, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/battery, $10,000 bond.

William P. Engman Sr. 42, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/petty theft, possession of revoked driver’s license, $500 bond, two days in jail.

Richard A. Escalanti 36, St. Maries, failure to appear/driving while suspended, two days in jail.

Virgil T. Frederickson 28, Bonners Ferry, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $5,000 bond.

Erik P. Lamb 18, Hayden, failure to appear/aiding a misdemeanor, giving false information, $3,000 bond.

Jonathan R. Marble 23, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, malicious injury, no driver’s license, disturbing the peace, malicious injury, $1,000 bond, four days in jail.

Laura R. Mitchell 68, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, no proof of insurance, two days in jail.

Cindy A. Pearcy 28, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/domestic battery, driving under the influence, $3,000 bond.

Gary M. Pool 26, Rathdrum, failure to appear/possession of paraphernalia, invalid driver’s license, $382 bond.

Harry W. South 46, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/battery, $5,000 bond.

Donald R. Thomas 40, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.

Miguel J. Zarate-Cruz 29, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/battery, $5,000 bond.
