Stavelun-Picken Spokane

St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, was the setting for the Dec. 3 wedding of Dawn Marie Picken and Sean Michael Stavelun.

The bride is the daughter of Susan Picken, Chardon, Ohio, and Tom Picken, Ashtabula, Ohio. The groom is the son of Jacqueline Nelson, Bothell, Wash., and Joseph Stavelun, Warwick, R.I.

A reception followed at Landerhaven Executive Caterers in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. The couple are living in Spokane and will honeymoon later.

They are employed at KREM-TV. The bride, who has a master’s degree from the University of Illinois at Springfield, is a reporter. The groom, a graduate of Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Mich., is a photographer and editor.
