Marilu (Schillinger) Price Spokane
Service for Marilu Jane (Schillinger) Price, 69, will be at 10 a.m. today at Messiah Lutheran Church. Burial will follow at Spokane Memorial Gardens. Riplinger Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Born in Odessa, Wash., Mrs. Price died Sunday.
She was a Spokane resident for more than 30 years and was a bookkeeper for Huston Hearing Aid Center.
Mrs. Price is survived by two daughters, Kimberly Schneider and Debra Price, both of Spokane; two sons, Todd Price of Everett and Buzz Price of Los Gatos, Calif.; a brother, Norman Schillinger of Kamiah, Idaho; four sisters, Evelyn Fritts and Phyllis Lesser, both of Spokane, Elsie Yuckert of Bremerton and Shirley Nagel of Eugene, Ore.; and five grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the Heart Institute of Spokane.
Elizabeth (Bosch) Wallis Kent, Wash.
Service for Elizabeth (Bosch) Wallis, 90, will be at 1:30 p.m. today at Holy Cross Cemetery in Spokane. Edline-Yahn Funeral Chapel in Kent is in charge of arrangements.
A former longtime Spokane resident, Mrs. Wallis died Saturday. She was born in Linton, N.D.
Mrs. Wallis was a homemaker and a member of the Eagles Lodge, St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church and St. Thomas More Roman Catholic Church in Spokane Her husband, George, died in 1993 and she moved to Kent in 1997.
Survivors include a son, Marvin Wallis of Kent; two daughters, Carol Wallis of Tacoma and Holly Steeve of Corning, Iowa; 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.
Charles Gregor Spokane
Memorial service for Charles “Charlie” Gregor, 90, will be at 11 a.m. today at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church in Otis Orchards. Thornhill Valley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Gregor, a longtime Spokane resident and carpenter, died Friday.
He was born in Pine City, Minn., and moved to Spokane in 1936.
Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Anna; two sons, Russell Gregor of Ferndale, Wash., and Charles Gregor of Carrollton, Texas; a daughter, Vivian Howe of Huntsville, Texas; and two grandchildren.
Cheryl Maupin Ione, Wash.
Service for Cheryl Elaine Maupin, 43, was Wednesday at the Ione Congregational Church. Graveside service followed at the Riverside Cemetery in Ione.
A lifetime Ione resident, Mrs. Maupin died Saturday.
She graduated in 1974 from Selkirk High School near Metaline Falls, Wash.
Mrs. Maupin was a margin clerk in the sale of stocks and bonds. She also worked as a bartender for local taverns in Northern Pend Oreille County.
She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary.
She is survived by her husband of 13 years, Steve; a son, Steven at home; a daughter, Shelly Martin of Orville, Wash.; two stepdaughters, Carol Maupin and Cristy Haskins, both of Pensacola, Fla.; two sisters, Cristy Blount of Spokane and Michele Lopes of Ione; two grandchildren and one stepgrandson.
Pete Citi Republic, Wash.
Service for Pete Ed Citi, 82, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Immaculate Conception Church in Republic. Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
A lifetime Republic resident, Mr. Citi died Friday.
He was a laborer for the railroad for more than 30 years. He began with Great Northern Railroad and retired from Burlington Northern Railroad.
Survivors include his wife, Leona; six daughters, Donna Willmott of Colville, Wash., Patty Burke of Ellensburg, Betty Hicks of Olympia, Linda Peck of Airway Heights, JoAnn St. Clair of Chewelah and Karen Allenbaugh of Cashmere, Wash.; four stepchildren, Leonard Cooper of Camas, Wash., George Cooper of Colville, Ann Van of Republic and Anita Bakken of Evans, Wash.; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Catherine (Amann) Arntson Spokane
Service for Catherine Jo (Amann) Arntson, 52, will be at 1 p.m. today at Hazen and Jaeger Valley Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Pines Cemetery.
Mrs. Arntson died Sunday. She was a lifetime Spokane resident and a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband of 33 years, Charles; two daughters, Kellie Newman of Otis Orchards and Kim Ronnenberg of Post Falls; her father and stepmother, Joe and Carol Amann of Spokane; four brothers, Bill and Dennis Amann, both of Spokane, Tom Amann of Mead and Joe Amann of Colbert; three stepsisters, Cander Alderman of Spokane, Gayle Stewart of Mead and Ellen Weigel of Florida; two stepbrothers, Rick and Ron Adams, both of Spokane; and three grandchildren.

David Strerath Colton, Wash.
Service for David Strerath, 64, was Monday at Kimball Funeral Home in Pullman. Burial followed at Colton City Cemetery.
Mr. Strerath, who died Thursday, was born in Wauwatosa, Wis.
He served in the Army from 1958 until 1960.
In 1960 he married Margaret Johnson. They moved to Colton in 1970.
Mr. Strerath worked for several automotive repair shops and later owned and operated an automotive repair shop in the Colton-Uniontown area.
Mr. Strerath is survived by his wife; a son, David Strerath, and a daughter, Kathie Blakley, both of Palouse, Wash.; and five grandchildren.

Mark Neill Pullman
Service for Mark Thomas Neill, 29, was Monday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Pullman. Burial followed at Pullman City Cemetery.
A lifetime Pullman resident, Mr. Neill died Thursday from a heart attack.
He graduated in 1988 from Pullman High School and received a bachelor’s degree in social sciences and history from Washington State University.
In 1993 he married Anita Kleinhofs.
Mr. Neill worked at Neill Motors as the assistant manager.
Survivors include his wife; his father, Tom Neill of Pullman; his mother, BettyJo Neill of Pullman; a brother, Craig Neill of Seattle; and his grandfather, T.C. Neill of Pullman.
Alice (Goin) Wright Spokane
Memorial service for Alice A. (Goin) Wright, 50, was Monday at Trinity United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Wright died Saturday. She was born in Tonasket, Wash.
She worked as a data processor for the Spokane Transit Authority and lived in Spokane for 40 years.
Survivors include her husband of seven years, G. Lynn; a son, David Clapper; two stepchildren, Scott and Robin Wright; a brother, Michael Petchekovitch of Atchison, Kan.; three sisters, Maude Goin of Spokane, Ida Nokes of Deer Park and Mary Baker of Leonardville, Kan.; two grandchildren and six stepgrandchildren.
Robert Riggleman Pullman
Memorial service for Robert Carroll Riggleman, 40, was Wednesday at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Pullman. Born in Salisbury, Md., Mr. Riggleman died Feb. 17 from injuries suffered in an automobile accident on Highway 95 near Athol, Idaho.
He received a master’s degree from Washington State University and later received a doctorate in developmental biology from Princeton University.
Mr. Riggleman married Ingid Sadler in 1987. They moved to Salt Lake City in 1989 and he worked at the University of Utah.
In 1992 they moved to Pullman and he took a faculty position in cell biology and genetics at WSU.
In 1995 he went into the home building profession. He owned Tamarack Homes in Pullman.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Steve and James, both of Pullman; his parents, James and Gloria Riggleman, and a sister, Peggy Ackroyd, both of Wilmington, Del.
Wayne Franklin Spokane
Graveside service for Wayne A. Franklin, 36, will be at 2:30 p.m. today at Spokane Memorial Gardens. Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Franklin, a lifetime Spokane resident, died Saturday.
He was active in the community raising money for children with AIDS and other fund-raisers benefiting people with HIV and AIDS.
He is survived by four sisters, Ida Brown and Michelle Murphy, both of Spokane, Sandra Howell of Boise and Emerene Nicaliasen of Titusville, Fla.

Michael Kazuba Spokane
Memorial service for Michael Joseph “Mike” Kazuba, 44, will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Hazen and Jaeger Valley Funeral Home.
Mr. Kazuba, who was born in Alamogordo, N.M., died Sunday from injuries suffered in a skiing accident at Schweitzer Mountain Resort.
Mr. Kazuba graduated in 1974 from Cheney High School. He received an electronics degree from Spokane Community College.
He was a 40-year Spokane resident and was currently employed by Alcatel in the Spokane Valley. He also was a ski instructor and a member of the Mount Spokane Ski Patrol.
Survivors include his companion, Sylvia Minjares of Spokane; a daughter, Michelle; his mother, Cassie Dodgen of Liberty Lake; and a sister, Maxine Weels of Springdale, Wash.

Kenneth `Ole’ Olson Loon Lake, Wash.
Memorial service for Kenneth C. “Ole” Olson, 93, is planned for 2 p.m. Friday at Loon Lake Community Church. Schanzenbach Funeral Home in Chewelah is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Olson, who was born in Orleans, Neb., died Tuesday.
He was a Loon Lake resident for more than 50 years and as a sales manager for the Armour Meat Co. in Spokane.
He was a member of the Melody Singers.
His wife of 70 years, Berdean, died in 1997.
Survivors include a son, Jack Olson of Coeur d’Alene; a daughter, Etta Beaufait of Tucson, Ariz.; 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Glenn `Matt’ Sharpe Sandpoint
Funeral Mass for Glenn J. “McGhee” Sharpe, 82, will be at 11 a.m. today at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church in Sandpoint. Burial will follow at 3 p.m. at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Spokane. Coffelt Funeral Service in Sandpoint is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Sharpe, who was born in Fort Dodge, Iowa, died Saturday.
He moved to Bonners Ferry in 1921 and attended schools there. He started a career with the Spokane International Railroad in 1941.
Mr. Sharpe moved to Spokane in 1950 and continued working as a railroad lineman and was transferred to the Sandpoint area in 1969.
He moved to Sandpoint in 1971 and had worked as a section hand and a gandy dancer. He retired from the Union Pacific Railroad in 1978, after 37 years in railroading.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Sally; two daughters, Theresa Radocy of Williston Park, N.Y., and Elizabeth Gragg of Bakersfield, Calif.; a brother, Donald Sharpe of Greenacres; two sisters, Margaret Bowen and Grace Gonzales, both of Spokane; and three grandsons.
Thomas Norris Seaside, Calif.
Service for Thomas Everette Norris, a former Spokane resident, was Friday in Monterey, Calif.
Mr. Norris died Feb. 14. He was 56. He was born in Spokane and graduated in 1961 from Lewis and Clark High School.
Mr. Norris served in the Marine Corps from 1961 to 1965.
He briefly worked as an installer for the phone company in 1962. Mr. Norris was a sales representative for Stack Steel from 1965 untill he moved to Seaside in 1984, where he operated NorSteel.
Mr. Norris was a member of the Lions Club.
Survivors include his wife, Nina; a son, Marc Norris of Vancouver, Wash.; two daughters, Sheri Hesketh of Vancouver and Laura Gonzales of California; three stepchildren, Marie, Anthony and Joelle, all of California; two sisters, Jackie Westermann of Spokane and Mary Gibson; and four grandchildren.
