Wedding vows were exchanged by Heidi E. Bartleson and Lawrence W. Garvin in a July 31 ceremony at St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church.

The bride is the daughter of Marian Bartleson, Oak Harbor, Wash., and the late Wayne Bartleson. The bridegroom is the son of Lawrence and Patricia Garvin, Spokane.

A reception followed at Manito Golf and Country Club. The couple are living in Spokane after a honeymoon in Kauai, Hawaii.

The bride, a graduate of Gonzaga University, is a substitute teacher. The groom, a graduate of Gonzaga University Law School, is an attorney.
