ANALYSIS
Dan Marino is a classy, but aging warrior who cannot do what he once did. The Dolphins have spent two decades searching for a reliable running game. And there’s unrest over Marino’s and coach Jimmy Johnson’s future in Miami. So, Miami’s hopes hinge on its talented defense and special teams. Ricky Watters is close to full strength, which should lighten the burden on Jon Kitna. Seattle’s defense figures to load up the pass rush and get after the immobile Marino. Add in the ear-splitting Kingdome crowd and this is Seattle’s game to lose. Hawks 23, Dolphins 16.
