Ime Udoka scored off an offensive rebound with 15 seconds left to lift visiting Portland State to its 72-70 victory over Sacramento State. Udoka finished with 13 points and eight rebounds. Derek Nessland had 15 points to pace the Vikings, who blew a 21-point lead in the second half before hanging on for the win. Rame Batta scored a season-high 17 points to lead Sacramento State… . Dan McClintock scored 26 points and Ross Land tied the Big Sky Conference’s all-time record for 3-pointers as Northern Arizona beat Montana State 89-80 at Flagstaff, Ariz. Land, a senior guard who scored 16 points, was only 1 of 9 behind the arc but now has hit 263 career 3-pointers to tie the record of former Montana State star Danny Sprinkle. … At Los Angeles, Jeff Parris had 18 points and seven assists to lead Cal State Northridge’s 79-67 win over Montana. Matt Williams led Montana with 21 points and nine rebounds. Mike Warhank added 15 points for the Grizzlies.

Tony Brown scored 19 points, and Utah State outscored Cal Poly San Luis Obispo 15-3 to finish the game for a 74-62 victory over the Mustangs at San Luis Obispo, Calif. Shawn Daniels had 16 points, 17 rebounds, four steals and five blocked shots for the Aggies. For the Mustangs, Jeremiah Mayes led the way with 20 points and eight rebounds… . Mate Milisa scored 27 points and Ramel Lloyd added 26 as Long Beach State won its 10th consecutive game, routing visiting North Texas 100-63. The win streak is the longest for the 49ers since the 1973-74 season. North Texas was led by 26 points from Chris Davis… . At Santa Clara, Calif., Nathan Fast scored 10 of his 17 points in the final 3:36, including a 3-pointer that put Santa Clara up for good, and the Broncos beat Loyola Marymount 79-75. Curtis Slaughter and Stanley Thorne, who came off the bench, each scored 21 points for Loyola Marymount, which lost its 14th consecutive road game and is the only team without a conference victory… . Brandon Armstrong scored 13 points to lead six Pepperdine players in double figures as the visiting Waves remained unbeaten in the conference by defeating San Francisco 76-70. Nick Sheppard, Tezale Archie and Craig Lewis added 12 points apiece for Pepperdine, which stayed tied with Gonzaga atop the standings.
