If you read all the headlines about last November’s WTO riots in Seattle and wondered what the fuss was about, take in Shaya Mercer’s documentary film “Trade Off,” which plays at 3:15 and 8 p.m. Saturday at The Met as part of the Spokane International Film Festival (624-0810). Mercer goes behind the scenes and (gasp!) probes actual issues.
