School Bookkeeper Set To Be Sentenced
A former Lake City High School bookkeeper is scheduled to be sentenced July 21.
Renee Diane Rossman, 34, pleaded guilty to grand theft after she embezzled more than $10,000 from the Coeur d’Alene School District.
First District Judge Gary Haman rescheduled sentencing for Rossman to allow attorneys to figure out how Rossman could repay her victims.
Kootenai County prosecutors say Rossman also embezzled more than $7,000 from the Sandpoint Soccer Association. The Bonner County prosecutor has agreed to drop those charges if Rossman pays restitution.
