Author To Sign Book About Silver Valley

Silver Valley author Ray Chapman will attend several book-signings this week to spark interest in his latest work, “History of Idaho’s Silver Valley, 1878-2000.”

Chapman worked for the Bunker Hill Co. for 32 years, and is also a former mining and business reporter. In 1994, Chapman wrote “Uncle Bunker,” a portrait of the Bunker Hill Co. That book is no longer in print.

The scheduled signings:

Today; Stein’s IGA in Kellogg, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Saturday; Silver Capital Arts, Wallace, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Monday, Osburn, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Tuesday, Gary’s Drug in Pinehurst, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

June 17, Book & Game Co., Silver Lake Mall, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
