Phineus Schweitzer wants your junk.

At least the historic, neato, mechanical stuff sitting in the corner of the barn or garage.

Phineus Schweitzer is the name of an inventive character created by Schweitzer Mountain Resort.

The resort is offering free tickets in exchange for industrial relics such as flywheels, tanks and pipes. Barrels, quirky hand-tools, carts and similar items are also wanted. The person who donates the best relic will win a season pass.

To enter, photograph the item, and attach a name, phone number, and address and send it to Schweitzer, 10000 Schweitzer Mountain Road, Sandpoint, ID 83864, attention; “Phineus.”
