Spokane County commissioners approved final plans for 14 new homes near Sullivan Road and 12th Avenue called Autumn Place.

Workers are building a model home on one of the new lots, said Sarah McNiece, a real estate agent with Tomlinson Black Valley.

The homes will line a cul-de-sac off 12th Avenue, west of Sullivan, called Newer Court. When it is finished the subdivision will cover about 4 acres.

McNiece said there are 13 lots still unsold. The cost of the homes in the subdivision starts at $120,000.
