Coeur d’Alene police

Douglas Joeks reported Tuesday the $1,020 theft of living room and bedroom furniture, clothing, painting supplies and miscellaneous items from a rental home on the 200 block of Garden Ave.

Vaughn Best reported Tuesday the $500 theft of stereo equipment and $250 damage to the dashboard and window of his 1984 Chevrolet pickup while it was parked at his home on the 1000 block of 19th St.

Joelle Varela reported Monday the $1,400 theft of a gold diamond wedding ring from her home on the 1600 block of Stiner Ave.

Laura Disbro reported Monday the $5,165 theft of a computer system, printer, two videocassette recorders, Nintendo 64 game unit, miscellaneous game cartridges, two portable compact disc players, cordless phone, and miscellaneous items from her home on the 900 block of Spruce Court.

Jennifer Dehart reported Tuesday $300 damage to a window of her Nissan Maxima while it was parked at her home on the 1100 block of Marie Ave.

Steven MacAskill reported Tuesday $500 damage to a window of his home on the 700 block of Empire Ave.

Kootenai County sheriff

Trudie Starns, employee of Bennett Bay Inn, reported Tuesday the $310 theft of a ceramic statue and hanging Hawaiian ceremonial mask from two rooms of the business at 5144 Coeur d’Alene Lake Drive.

Paul Kascak, Moscow, reported Tuesday the $48,000 theft of a Honda motorcycle, generator, stick welder, metal water tank, and miscellaneous items and $1,020 damage to a home entry door and the rear doors of a 1976 Dodge van while it was parked at his property on the 6400 block of W. Rice Road.

Post Falls police

Carla Shaw, Post Falls, reported Tuesday $650 damage to the bumper, trunk and taillight lens cover of her 1992 Ford Taurus while it was parked at a business in Post Falls.

Rachel Bradley, Post Falls, reported Monday the $825 theft of box speakers and miscellaneous compact discs and $100 damage to the trunk of her 1991 Honda Civic while it was parked at her home on the 1900 block of Plaza Road.

Rebecca Reed, Post Falls, reported Monday the $1,171 theft of a car stereo, cash, numerous compact discs and carrying case from her 1995 Mitsubishi Mirage while it was parked at her home on the 100 block of Linden St.
