Nic Offers Training In Customer Service

North Idaho College’s Workforce Training Center begins a new four-part customer service training series in May.

Students will learn a variety of customer service techniques in four class sessions May 10, 17, 24 and 31. All classes are from 6 to 9 p.m. at the center in Post Falls.

Students completing the entire series will receive a certificate in customer service. The entire series costs $54, or students can take individual classes for $18 apiece.
