Police blotter Coeur d’Alene police

Scott Bean reported Tuesday the $400 theft of a CD player, gloves, down jacket and miscellaneous compact discs from his 1991 Honda Civic while it was parked at a home on the 2300 block of Eighth St.

Thomas Mathews reported Tuesday the $480 theft of carpet-laying tools from his 1990 Chevrolet pickup while it was parked at Target, 315 W. Canfield Ave.

Kara Smith reported Monday the $300 theft of a CD player from her 1991 Chevrolet Cavalier while it was parked at Lake City High School, 6101 Ramsey Road.

Cheri Belgard reported Tuesday $2,000 in damage to her vehicle when she hit a deer on state Highway 2 near Priest River.
