Kaiser To Utilize Nic Training Center

The North Idaho College Workforce Training Center in Post Falls will be one of the sites used by Kaiser Aluminum to train employees returning to work after a two-year labor dispute.

Up to 300 employees will use nine classrooms daily for orientation and training sessions. The classes start Oct. 9 and last 11 days.

The center is one of several sites being used for the training. The center’s classes are generally held in the evening, which frees up space for customized training during the day.
