Big Minigolf, Arcade Center Breaks Ground

Coeur d’Alene Mayor Steve Judy announced Wednesday that his new business venture, Adventures ‘N Fun amusement center, will contain an 18-hole miniature golf course and a 4,000-square-foot arcade.

Steve and Michelle Judy purchased the 2-acre lot at 722 W. Appleway Drive for the multimillion dollar facility.

The golf course will include water hazards, sand traps, fairways, roughs and will be the largest one in the area, according to a news release.

The Judys hosted a ground-breaking ceremony Tuesday. Construction will continue through March 2001.
