Burning Spear Concert – The Reggae group will perform Wednesday at 8 p.m. at the Panida Theatre in Sandpoint. $25 advance, $30 at the door. Information: 263-9191.

Art Quilt Workshop – Appliqued story quilts will be taught by textile artist and art educator Mary Ruth Smith in the home economics classroom at Orofino High School Tuesday and Wednesday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. and Thursday, 9 a.m.-noon. The cost is $35 and for an additional $60, teachers can receive one college in-service credit from LCSC.
