Coeur d’Alene police

Bryon Henninger reported Monday the $450 theft of a CD player and two dashboard gauges from his 1969 Chevrolet Impala while it was parked at his home on the 700 block of E. Spokane St.

Matthew Rice reported Monday the $900 theft of a 1989 Toyota Camry while it was parked at Sunset Towing/Taxi, 280 W. Kathleen Ave.

Kootenai County sheriff

Debra Tomasello, Rathdrum, reported Monday $200 damage to a window and the $300 theft of a battery and cables from a 1995 Pontiac Firebird while it was parked on the 4700 block of W. Diagonal Road near Rathdrum.

Robert Gilbertson, employee of Coeur d’Alene Press, reported Monday $550 damage to a newspaper vending machine when it was stolen and later recovered at Shaw Loop Road and Wild Turkey Trail near Coeur d’Alene.

Tammy Schultz, Athol, reported Monday the $1,350 theft of two saddles and miscellaneous horse tack from her home on the 26000 block of Weir Road.
