Mary Braaten reported Monday the $30 theft of a toolbox and miscellaneous tools and $500 damage to the steering column of a 1995 Ford Contour while parked at Idaho Housing and Finance, 610 W. Hubbard Ave.

Gary Martin, employee of Stoddard Transfer Supply, reported Monday the $37,099 theft of a 1989 Ford F700 truck loaded with furniture from the business at 5003 Industrial Ave.

Thomas Capone, owner of Capone’s Sports Pub, reported Monday the $2,500 theft of cash, checks and credit card slips from the business at 751 W. Fourth St.

Kootenai County Sheriff

Toni Horn, Post Falls, reported Sunday $300 damage to the rear window of a 1998 Chevrolet Suburban and a basement window of her home on the 12100 block of Parkview St.

Melinda Whipple, St. Maries, reported Nov. 15 $5,000 damage to the engine of her 1993 Chevrolet Cheyenne while it was parked on the 8800 block of E. Soaring Hawk Lane near Harrison.
