Aging and Adult Services of North Idaho is offering a free guidebook about free and low-cost services available to North Idaho residents over 60.

Get a copy by filling out a lifestyle and needs questionnaire (anonymously), telling the agency what services you feel would add value to your life and help you live a happy, healthy and productive life in the years ahead.

To receive a questionnaire by mail, call Aging and Adult Services of North Idaho at (208) 667-3179 or, (800) 786-5536. Deadline is Jan. 10.
