The Spokesman-Review

This week, we began running a new daily comic strip called Prickly City. Created by Scott Stantis it’s set in the American Southwest and it follows the friendship between a coyote pup, Winslow, and Carmen, a self-described straight and narrow kind of kid. Prickly City offers a conservative perspective on social and political events, and it replaces Hi and Lois on weekdays.

Starting Aug. 8, Prickly City will replace The Wizard of Id in the Sunday comics.
