Bridge dedication ceremony – Friends of the Centennial Trail and the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission will dedicate the West Link Project, a recreational trail linkage which includes a new bridge to connect downtown Spokane to Riverside State Park, in a ceremony on Monday at noon on the south bank of the Spokane River near High Bridge Park.
