“The Phantom” – Continues today at the Lake City Playhouse, 1320 E. Garden, with curtain time at 8 p.m. This is based on the book by Arthur Kopit, and is the predecessor to “Phantom of the Opera.” Additional performances Sunday, and Thursday-Oct. 31, and Nov. 4-6. Kootenai County Historic Preservation Committee – The committee is seeking new members with interest and/or knowledge in historic preservation and training or experience in the areas of architecture, history, archeology or other historic preservation fields.
