Kootenai County

The county has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Deanne L. Pate-Nordstrom – 28, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/burglary, possession of paraphernalia, $25,000 bond.

Mandi S. Ratliff – 32, Airway Heights, failure to appear/forgery, $10,000 bond.

Rebecca K. Stafford, aka Mathis – 50, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation/possession of methamphetamine, $30,000 bond.

Kristine K. Trapani – 42, Coeur d’Alene, possession of a controlled substance, petty theft, $26,500 bond.

Melody M. Vauthier – 46, Post Falls, aggravated battery, battery, $15,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Jason T. Azar – 31, Hauser Lake, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $1,000 bond.

Michael D. Adams – 45, Coeur d’Alene, misdemeanor probation violation/disturbing the peace, $5,000 bond.

Frankie G. Bocook Jr. – 27, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, no proof of insurance, $1,000 bond.

Alicia H. Deever – 19, Post Falls, failure to appear/possession of marijuana at school, possession of a weapon at school, five days in jail.

Richard A. Jameson – 29, Rathdrum, failure to appear/injury to child, driving under the influence, $5,000 bond, four days in jail.

Roy F. McDonald – 34, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $5,000 bond.

Patrick K. McMillan – 21, Post Falls, failure to appear/furnishing a minor w/alcohol, five days in jail.

James L. Mettler – 23, Post Falls, failure to appear/insufficient funds checks, two days in jail.

James T. Odom – 19, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/minor in possession of alcohol, possession of paraphernalia, $300 bond.

Thomas J. Roy – 32, Hauser Lake, failure to appear/no proof of insurance, $500 bond.

Timothy C. Vanorman – 23, Hauser Lake, failure to appear/possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, five days in jail.

Rick A. Wheeler – 40, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving under the influence (two counts), reckless driving, obstructing officers, $17,500 bond.

Audrey J. Wilkins – 25, Post Falls, failure to appear/disturbing the peace, $5,000 bond.

Wesley J. Wilson – 20, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving under the influence, 30 days in jail.

Richard A. Young Jr. – 20, Post Falls, failure to appear/attempted malicious injury to property, two days in jail.
