Treece-Bailey
Noreene Bailey and Mark Treece, both of Deer Park, plan to marry Sept. 10 in Deer Park.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of E. Paul Bailey, Pago Pago, American Samoa, and Jeanne Bailey, Chico, Calif. The groom-to-be is the son of Butch and Laura Haslett, Veradale, and the late Jack Treece.
Bailey is a graduate of Eastern Washington University, where she is also a current student, and works as a freelance writer and artist. Treece is employed at M.T. Construction.
Lazerus-Peterson
Gina Peterson and Brian Lazerus, both of Bellevue, Wash., plan to marry Oct. 5 in Las Vegas.
Ray and Debbie Peterson, Spokane, are parents of the bride-to-be. The groom-to-be is the son of Marcus Lazerus, North Bend, Wash., and Linda Bolton, Seal Rock, Ore.
Peterson, a former Spokane resident, is employed at Valley Medical Center. Lazerus works as an independent insurance agent.
Northcutt-Olson
Kristina Olson and Mike Northcutt, both of Spokane, plan to marry Nov. 5 in Spokane.
Craig and Barbara Olson, Spokane, are the parents of the bride-to-be. The groom-to-be is the son of Dorothy Northcutt, Missoula, and the late Lee Northcutt.
A graduate of Arizona State University, Olson works at Amgen. Northcutt, a graduate of the University of Montana School of Law, is employed at the U.S. Department of Justice.
Smith-Marshall
Jennifer Marshall of Colbert and Jeremiah Smith of Mead, plan to marry July 8 in Spokane.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Duane and Patsy Marshall, Colbert. William and Pamela Smith, Mead, are parents of the groom-to-be.
A graduate of Eastern Washington University, Marshall is employed as a social worker, and Smith works at Burlington Northern Santa Fe.
