Prepared Childbirth – For women in their last trimester of pregnancy, this class will discuss the stages and management of labor, breathing techniques, muscle toning and relaxation. Communication: The Key to Dementia Care – the Alzheimer’s Association presents this seminar that will discuss tips and strategies to help communicate with those with Alzheimer’s or a related dementia, next Tuesday from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Guardian Angel Homes, 23102 E.
